RPA TO PARTICIPATE IN

AMERICA RECYCLES DAY

The Arizona Recycling Coalition president Jeff Connell has announced RPA Executive Director, Donna Carlson has been chosen for the Arizona Steering Committee for America Recycles Day on November 15. Carlson said her goal is to focus national media attention on tire recycling by following Arizona tires from a collection center to the pavement. She said the Arizona Department of Transportation deserves public recognition for their use of recycled rubber in pavements as nearly one half of the miles paved by ADOT in one year contain crumb rubber from recycled tires.
