    The RPA also monitors tire laws and provides  guidance for agencies & policy makers in use of CRM Asphalt.

Where are the RPA Members?

The RPA is an international organization, with members located in 15 states within the USA and 10 countries worldwide.


Who governs the RPA?

A Board of Directors from member companies governs the RPA.  Two representatives from each “Producer” and “Contractor” member make
up the Board.


Who advises the RPA?

The RPA Technical Advisory Board (TAB) is made up of the nation’s leading experts on Crumb Rubber Modified Asphalt Pavements as highly
regarded Agency/DOT Engineers, P.E.’s & Ph.D.’s  with many years of field experience.
